How to order...
1) Write Karla at notforgotinguat@hotmail.com. Please include in your e-mail: which products you would like to order, the name, phone number and address of the recipient, any special requests you have, and the requested delivery date. Please write a short message which will be written on the greeting card (no charge). Your letter of any length can be translated for a $6 fee.
2) Karla will first verify they can deliver to that area. Next she will make contact (by phone) with the recipient confirming that the delivery address is still valid. Then she will write you back confirming your order and total cost (in USD), inlcuding payment instructions. We accept payment by Money Gram or Western Union. Both can be done easily on-line.
3) Luz Maria and Karla will prepare your order and deliver your package on the day of your choice. A picture will be taken of the recipient receiving their gifts. Karla will e-mail you the picture shortly after.
