How much does delivery cost?
The delivery fee is $10 - $15 in Guatemala City, Mixco and San Cristobal. For surrounding areas, please write us for a quote.
Do you speak English?
Yes, both English and Spanish.
How far out do I need to place an order?
We ask for at least one week. This gives us ample time to coordinate our schedule. However, if you need it sooner please contact us and we will do our best to meet your need. Sometimes we can complete and order in less than 24 hours.
When and how do I pay?
We accept Money Gram or Western Union. Both can be done easily on-line.
Do you accept Pay Pal?
No, Pay Pal will not send money to Guatemala.
I have an address and phone number for our friends/family in Guatemala, but I do not know if it is still good?
We will call and verify the address prior to confirming your order.
I have an address, but no phone number, what now?
Please write us and we will see if contact can be made.
I would like to send to our former Foster Mother, but we have no information about her.
You can find her name and address in your Family Court report.
If you are given a message for me at the time of delivery, will you pass it along?
Yes. We would be happy to pass a short message along. We will also send you a picture of the items being received.
